Carrie Bostrom - Admissions Director
Carrie has been a part of Avalon Hills from the beginning. She plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of Avalon Hills. For many clients and families, she is often the first point of contact they may have with the program. Her kindness and compassion is frequently one of the pivotal factors that assures families about sending their loved one to Avalon.
Carrie began her career at Avalon Hills following receipt of a bachelor’s degree at Utah State University. She understands the unique issues that clients and families face when dealing with an eating disorder and makes herself available to help answer questions about the program and the specifics of the admissions process. She understands the magnitude of the decision to admit to a residential treatment center.
Carrie is a Treat to Outcome champion and works closely and creatively with our billing staff to help facilitate treatment funding options that will ensure clients receive an appropriate length of stay. She is committed to seeing that every client receives access to good, quality care. One of her greatest joys is seeing change occur in clients and observing them living rich and fulfilling lives. Carrie’s altruistic motives run deep--she loves being a part of helping others change their paths and move toward recovery.
