Mallory Cardon

Mallory Cardon joined Avalon Hills in February 2024 as a member of our Direct Care team and recently transitioned into the role of Neurofeedback Technician. She has long been passionate about supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, a passion that led her to Avalon and continues to drive her academic pursuits.

Mallory is currently working toward a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Utah State University, with plans to graduate in 2026. She intends to pursue a graduate degree in the future and become a licensed therapist. In her current role, Mallory strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered in their healing. Known for building trusting, compassionate relationships, she helps clients navigate complex emotions and take ownership of their recovery journey.

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Mallory on a beach with a good book or enjoying quality time with loved ones.
